The Professional Plumber Difference

A plumber can be a Godsend in many circumstances. We often received panicked requests to fix clogged toilets and flooded basements. Finding a plumber is usually pretty easy nowadays. You can search Google or thumb through a phone book. You can even ask your friends on Facebook for a recommendation. You’ll get a number in no time. But there’s no guarantee you’ll find a SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL plumber on the other line…or that anyone at all will answer. One of the most common things we hear from callers is, “Wow! You actually answer your phone!”

The Rapid Service difference

All of our plumbing technicians are fully licensed and insured. When one of our plumbers arrives at your home, he’s coming with a truck full of solutions. He’s also coming with YEARS of training and experience. That means that a plumbing problem can be diagnosed quickly and usually repaired that same day. If a part needs to be special ordered, or the repair will be lengthy, we will work hard to accommodate your schedule. We aim to interrupt your life as little as possible. Our goals also include leaving the repaired area of your home cleaner than when we arrived!

When you work with a Rapid Service professional plumber, you will receive only the best. We will provide you with all your options, as well as the pricing for those options upfront. You can expect expert advice, pristine installations, and high-end materials. Let’s take a look at an example of one of our high-end well tank installations.

Professional well tank installation

An old well tank in Vernon CT was leaking. The homeowner called the issue into our office and was scheduled for that week. Our plumber was dispatched within the promise time frame and addressed all of the homeowner’s concerns. A new well tank was installed, and there was minimal disruption to our customer.

Let’s take a look at one of the components of the well tank installation. Below, you can see blue tank that we installed. On every well tank, there’s a pressure gauge. This gauge gives a plumbing technician a read into your well system. We only use high-end pressure gauges, not cheap ones where the needle bounces all over the place. The gauge pictured below is glycerin-filled and vibration-free. The glycerin makes sure that the needle doesn’t vibrate and gives the most accurate reading of the pressure inside the tank.
